The University Students' Council is happy to announce that Jeff Armour has been selected as the new Chief Operating Officer. Jeff has dedicated over a decade of serving the USC. He has worked with countless executives, acting as a resource, a mentor and a leader. Jeff knows better than anyone that the students are the heart and soul of the organization. We are confident that Jeff will fulfill the type of leadership that the students, and the USC needs.

In his new capacity, Jeff will be helping to lead the current USC executives in this years Strategic Plan, ensuring that the USC creates a future that is confident in, proud of, and accountable to. We thank Jeff for all of the work he has done for the USC thus far, and we look forward to the years to come.

Jeff's promotion comes as Kathy Burns parted ways with the organization earlier this month. Her departure was the result of a mutual decision. We wish Kathy all the best in her future endeavors.

If you have any questions, please contact Emily Ross at communications@westernusc.ca.
